Weeknight Start Times: May thru August 6:30pm, September 6pm

BIKE HELMETS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL TAB RIDES.
NO HEADPHONES OR EARBUDS WHILE RIDING IN GROUP RIDES!
ROLLING SPEEDS ON RIDES ARE GENERALLY 10% HIGHER THAN AVERAGE SPEEDS!
PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR RIDE POLICIES BEFORE YOUR FIRST RIDE.

Rides may also be communicated via Latest News, email, and social media. Routes/Rides may be amended or cancelled due to construction, weather conditions, and other events that may conflict with club rides. For ride updates, cancellations, and locations (for those with a variable start location), please check out the Toledo Area Bicyclists (TAB) Facebook group page.
